Move a job along
This demo board works like yours: drag a card to another column, or move it from its ⋮ menu. It resets when you leave; your own board lives in your workspace.
A column for every step of an application
Move a job along as it happens. The board, your home page and Elo all read the same status, so everything stays in step.
The pipeline
To Apply
Jobs you're considering. Anything you add lands here first.
Applied
Your application is in, and you're waiting to hear back.
Interviewing
You're talking to them, from the first call to the final round.
Negotiating
There's an offer to work out: pay, start date, the details.
Offer
The offer is yours. Decide, then celebrate.
Off the pipeline
Closed
It didn't work out, or you withdrew. Mark closed from the job's page, or drag it here.
Archived
Off your board, kept for your records. Jobs untouched for three weeks are archived for you.
Built to keep up with your search
Everything you tried in the demo above, and a few things it leaves out.
Drag and drop
Drag a card to its new column. On a phone, press and hold a card to pick it up.
Works from the keyboard
Tab to a card, press Space to pick it up, choose a column with the arrow keys, and press Space to drop it.
A menu on every card
Open the job, move it to any stage, or delete it, without dragging a thing.
Hide what you don't use
No negotiations yet? Hide that column. The board remembers your choice on each device.
Search the board
Find any job by company, job title or status.
Add a job in seconds
Paste the job title, description and company. The card lands at the top of To Apply.
One page for everything about a job
Click a card for the job's own page, with the description you saved and everything you've done for it since.
Move it along the status pipeline, or mark it closed
Run the tools for that job: company research, job fit, a tailored resume and cover letter, and interview prep
Keep notes as you go: who you spoke to and what comes next
Keeps your search moving
Your home page turns the board into a plan for the week, and Eloovor checks in when something goes quiet.
A goal for the week
Aim for five applications a week, and build a streak of perfect weeks.
A short list for today
Add five jobs, send one application, and take a moment for yourself.
A nudge before things go stale
Leave a job untouched for two weeks and you'll get an email. A week later it's archived, so the board shows what's live.
Ask Elo what's stalling
Elo reads your board and pipeline, so you can ask which applications have gone quiet or where to put your time this week.
Meet EloStill tracking jobs in a spreadsheet?
Spreadsheets are a fine start. Here's what changes when the tracker does some of the work.
In a spreadsheet
- You build the columns and keep every row current
- A status is a word you retype in a cell
- Follow-ups live in your head or your calendar
- The job ad is a link that stops working when the role closes
On your Eloovor board
- A board with seven stages, ready on day one
- Drag a card and its status changes everywhere
- An email when an application has gone quiet
- The full job description saved with every card
Prefer a spreadsheet for now? Download our free job application tracker template for Excel or Google Sheets.
One click from every card
The tools for each job live on its page, so nothing has to be copied in twice.

What is a job application tracker?
One place to see every job you're applying to and where each one stands. Eloovor's tracker is a board with a column for each stage, plus a page for every job with its notes and analyses.
How does Eloovor's job application tracker work?
Add a job by pasting its title, description and company, and it lands in To Apply. As things move, drag the card to its new column, or change its stage from the card's menu or the job's page.
Which stages can I track?
Seven: To Apply, Applied, Interviewing, Negotiating, Offer, Closed and Archived. You can hide the columns you don't use, and the board remembers your choice on that device.
How many applications can I track?
As many as you like. Tracking is unlimited on the free plan.
Does Eloovor remind me about applications that have gone quiet?
Yes. If a job hasn't been updated in two weeks, Eloovor emails you about it. If it's still untouched a week later, it moves to Archived so your board shows what's live. Archived jobs are never deleted, and you can move them back any time.
Can I use the board on my phone?
Yes. Columns snap into place one at a time as you swipe, and you press and hold a card to drag it. Every card's menu can move it too.
What happens when I open a card?
You get that job's page: the description, a status pipeline, your notes, and the tools for that job: company research, job fit, a tailored resume and cover letter, and interview prep.
Can Elo see my board?
Yes. Ask Elo which applications have gone quiet or where to focus this week, and it looks at your board and pipeline to answer.
How is this better than tracking jobs in a spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet lists jobs, and you keep it current. Eloovor's board moves with a drag, checks in when an application goes quiet, and connects each job to its fit analysis, tailored resume and interview prep. If you'd rather start with a spreadsheet, our free template is a good place to begin.
